LibApps Product Owners and Managers

A Work in Progress

We are working to identify key administrators for various LIbApps products.  We hope this information will help clarify whom to contact with questions or suggestions.

Product Owners

  • set overall policy and determine when and if new applications are purchased or implemented

Product Managers

  • manage day-to-day aspects of the resource
  • make configuration of content changes, as needed
  • monitor Springshare Lounge for any product updates or problems
  • manage product users 
  • communicate product updates to users
  • works with IT and vendor support to solve issues

Additional Manager Roles Specific to LibApps

  • Queue Managers in LIbAnswers manage specific question queues
  • Desk Managers in LibStaffer manage specific desks

Product Support

  • assists with configurations and integrations
  • provides troubleshooting support and communicates with Springshare and Campus IT to resolve issues
  • provides support for scripting and customizations
  • ensures accessibility and design standards
